Residential properties in Faridabad continue to be affordable in sync with the market demand, despite the recent market slump. Many real estate developers have launched affordable housing projects in the city to fulfill the demand of the end user. Omaxe, Shiv Sai Infrastructure, SRS, BPTP, Piyush Group, RPS, and Ferrous Infrastructure are some of the developers who have launched group housing projects throughout Faridabad. These projects are slated to be completed by 2011.

The post-recession market is showing some positive signs.
